What is the average air freight delivery time?
It depends on the destination, the selected flight and the formalities. We give you a precise timeframe at quotation.
Do you offer customs clearance with air freight?
Yes, we offer a complete service including import/export customs clearance. Our customs department handles all formalities.
Are you IATA accredited?
Our accreditation application with IATA has been approved. It will take effect from early September 2026, and every one of our branches will be able to pass the benefit on to its customers. Until then, we arrange your air shipments under current conditions.
Which branch handles air freight files?
Every branch answers air freight requests. Our air freight specialists are based in Blagnac, next to Toulouse airport: they handle the air leg of files for the whole network, while your usual contact remains your point of contact.
